Care & advice

Wool is a natural fibre with excellent practical properties. To ensure your rug retains its beauty for years to come, we recommend the following care:

* Regular cleaning: Vacuum with a vacuum cleaner without a rotating brush and on a low to medium suction setting.
* Stain treatment: Immediately blot liquids carefully with a clean, absorbent cloth. Do not rub.
* Cleaning products: Do not use harsh detergents or bleach.
* Professional cleaning: For heavier soiling, commission a professional cleaner specialising in premium wool rugs.
* Sunlight: Avoid prolonged, intense direct sunlight as much as possible.
* Even wear: Rotate the rug occasionally to distribute foot traffic evenly.

Important information about handmade production

Every SEQUENZA rug is handmade. Slight variations in texture, colour effect and dimensions may occur due to the materials and manufacturing process.

New wool rugs may initially experience slight fibre loss. This is not unusual with natural fibres and generally subsides with proper care.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 6–8 weeks, depending on size and finish. Custom-made rugs are produced after the desired specifications have been confirmed.
